Every row links its source. Where a figure could not be verified it says so, where it was corrected it says so, and where the public record holds nothing the cell says unknown: the gaps are part of the finding. Projects appear here; consultancies and practitioners never do.

Corrections logged this build: the 360 MW figure circulating for “Kosmosdal” belongs to the Cape Town campus; the Samrand site is 200 MW. Both are now stated as their sources have it. Corrections live at the Verification Ledger, not folded in silently.
The cumulative view no process produces

For context, reporting on this buildout puts the Cape Town pipeline at 34 per cent of the city’s current electricity supply. No register, no tribunal and no process aggregates the column above: this page exists because the arithmetic had no other home.
How this register behaves
- Sources are per-row and linked. A row without a source does not enter.
- Marketing MW and contracted MVA never mix. The cumulative view sums stated MW only. Contracted MVA, where a source gives one, is carried as a note against its row and never enters an aggregate; the one application-basis figure in the file (King Air) is pending re-verification and is not summed either.
- Unknown is a value. Route, participation and figures are recorded as unknown rather than guessed: the count of unknowns is itself the finding.
- Projects, never practitioners. No consultancy, EAP, planner or individual appears here, in any column.
- The exception count is published with the data. A register that shows its own QA is the point of the exercise.
How to read this
A register, not an accusation. Every operator here may be following the standard process correctly; that is exactly the finding: the standard process does not produce this table, so nobody holds it.
Figures are as stated by their sources, on the date of the source, and the register updates as sources change. Context: a SAHRC inquiry opened on this buildout in August 2026.
