Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sociable Systems, we operate primarily in the B2B space, offering high-level AI governance consulting, digital research assets, and premium insights. We strive to ensure complete clarity and satisfaction for our clients. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution.

1. Consulting & Advisory Sessions

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Refunds: Because consulting compensates for time and expertise rendered, we do not offer refunds for sessions that have already been completed.

2. Digital Assets & Frameworks

  • Refunds: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads and intellectual property, all sales of digital assets (including PDFs, frameworks, and reports) are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Disputes & Access Issues: If a client experiences a technical issue preventing them from accessing the purchased file, please contact us directly. We will resolve this manually by directly supplying the materials.

3. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Cancellations: Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellations will automatically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your currently paid billing period.

4. Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise, we handle it directly and amicably with the client to ensure complete resolution. Please reach out to our support channel for any concerns regarding your purchase, billing, or access.
