The array size, usually close to the facility's IT load. Publicly announced campuses run from tens to hundreds of MW.

Each rung has an instrument that should hold it: a connection agreement, a maintenance contract, a fuel contract, and a condition for the noise. The question for any file is which of those instruments exist, and which are marketing.
How to read this
- The asymmetry is contractual, not meteorological. The street's dark hours are an allocation; the campus's uptime is an obligation. That difference is the finding, and it holds at any volume.
- Diesel is the second story. The standby plant is what national environmental law actually sees, above the generation and storage thresholds. The fuel farm is why. Ask what the refill contract guarantees, and when it was last tested.
- Noise is the impact that arrives first. Test runs are the neighbours' first experience of the facility, often before the first rack is installed. An acoustic model that assumes the enclosures is not the same as a condition that requires them.
- Use your own system's hours. The curtailment input should be your municipality's actual recent figure. The defaults are ordinary class values, not anyone's record.
