Data Centre File Stress Test

One live project file, read from the seat most likely to challenge it next. The result is a written hardening memo your team can use before the approval, lender, or utility process closes around the wrong question.

What you receive

What comes back

  1. 01A route-and-stage map showing which decision has been made, which figures arrive later, and who can still act on them.
  2. 02The twelve-question diligence sheet completed and scored against the material supplied.
  3. 03A register of cumulative-load and resource assumptions, with every unknown kept visible.
  4. 04The benefit and performance claims most exposed to a hostile technical reader, ranked by consequence.
  5. 05Recommended information requests, scope clauses, consent conditions, or lender questions ready for the next document.
  6. 06A closing decision: proceed on the present file, harden it first, or commission the full Social and Cumulative Impact Module.

Enter from the seat you hold

The boundary

The read covers one project and one defined document set. It does not include new baseline research, interviews, primary data collection, or legal advice. Those enter a separately scoped module only where the file shows they are needed.

The handoff

The memo is written for the next live document or meeting. If the present file holds, the answer says so. If a larger assignment is warranted, the memo becomes its scope rather than a paid prelude that gets discarded.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What can I send?

One live project file of up to three core documents and 200 pages combined. Suitable material includes an application, approval pack, scoping or impact report, lender memorandum, due-diligence pack, or conditions schedule. Public background material may be linked separately and does not count toward the page limit.

What does the founder rate include?

$1,750 USD covers the complete written stress test, delivered as PDF and editable markdown within five working days after the agreed document set arrives. The full fee is credited against a Social and Cumulative Impact Module commissioned within 30 days.

Do we need a discovery call?

No. The written intake supplies the project stage, approval route, buyer seat, and immediate decision. You receive an acceptance, decline, or one focused follow-up question before any document is transferred.

How is confidential material handled?

The initial form asks for no confidential file. Transfer arrangements follow only after fit is confirmed. Client material never enters the public register or published artifact set, and no engagement is named without written agreement.

Is this a legal opinion or a full impact assessment?

Counsel remains responsible for legal interpretation. The stress test identifies where the file, claim, or condition is exposed and gives the project team usable drafting actions. A full baseline, specialist chapter, stakeholder process, or monitoring build belongs in the Social and Cumulative Impact Module.

Put the live file in front of the next reader now.

The intake asks for the buyer seat, project stage, file type, and nearest decision. No document is uploaded until fit and transfer arrangements are confirmed.
